At Blossom & Bloom, each order is packed with care using eco-friendly materials. We want to ensure your handcrafted products arrive safely and in a timely manner.

 

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received.
     

  • During peak seasons (such as holidays or farmers market weekends), processing may take up to 5 business days.
     

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
     

 

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.
     

  • We currently ship within the United States.
     

  • Free shipping may be available on orders over a set amount (see promotions or checkout for details).
     

 

Delivery Estimates

  • Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
     

  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.
     

  • Please note: once your order leaves our studio, transit times are controlled by the carrier and may vary.
     

 

Local Pickup & Markets

  • We offer free local pickup in Wimberley, TX.
     

  • Pre-orders may also be picked up at designated farmers markets or pop-up events (select at checkout).
     

 

Shipping Issues

  • If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@blossomandbloomtx.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll be happy to assist.
     

  • Blossom & Bloom is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
