Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition that you received them.

Due to the personal-care nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items for safety and hygiene reasons.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us right away.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery at info@blossomandbloomtx.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
